Chef Nathan:

Thanks to my grandmother, I gained an interest in cooking from an early age, watching her mix spices and prepare meals in our local kitchen. Although I initially struggled and burnt many dishes during my DIY practicals, my passion for cooking continued to grow.

My culinary background involves working with top executive chefs in busy kitchens and event centers. Currently, I'm planning to pursue a City & Guilds Certificate in Culinary Art to further hone my skills and expertise in the field.

I enjoy cooking a variety of cuisines, both local and international. However, if I had to choose, my favorite would be my signature dish, the 'Orange Chicken Sauce'.

The most common mistake made by home cooks is often the lack of preparation or improper prepping of ingredients before cooking. Proper organization and prepping, known as 'Mise en Place', are essential for successful cooking.
